Clashy clashy...why is a successful clash always more satisfying than a non-clash outfit?! More of a challenge I suppose!

Owl-print blouse: Primark
Belt: Primark
Pencil skirt: Primark
Satchel: Primark
Boots: New Look

I love the randomness of fashion sometimes. Like how this season owls are the 'in thing'. It's quite fascinating how fashion designers have the capability to get us wearing anything, however random and seemingly unconnected to what's previously been trendy that year. I decided to be super rebellious (wooo) and go for an owl print blouse instead of an owl jumper, which seems to be the most popular way to wear your owls this year!! I'm trying to cure myself of a serious knitted jumper addiction, which isn't exactly successful so far - My name's Sasha and I'm a knitaholic

If anybody knows who came up with the idea for hi-top wedges, they need to be awarded a medal!

Shirt: Republic
Pleather shorts: H&M
Wedge hi-tops: New Look
Bag: Faith

These are not just any hi-top wedges too, they're my PERFECT hi-top wedges. Rose gold? Check. Shiny bits? Check. A few studs thrown in? Check. I'm officially in love. These shoes   give you the flattering, slightly more streamlined leg effect that heels do without the 'Look at me I'm all dressed up' statement. Get yourself down to New Look and bag yourself a pair of these beauties, I think they do them in silver and gold too, the ideal addition to your festive wardrobe.

Well la di da...this is my sophisticated getup, you like? Almost makes me want to exclaim, 'I'm a laaady' Little Britain stylee!

Waistcoat: Forever 21
Blouse: River Island
Jeans: Primark
Boots: River Island

So readers, I'd like to introduce you all to my latest favourite...the boots of dreams! Leopard print - LOVE. Practical block heel - LOVE. And half price in the RI sale - LOVE LOVE LOVE! I'd been ogling these for ages but at £70 they were a bit out of my price range. However as soon as the sale hit and I saw them reduced to £35 I was on the hunt. I was due to take a trip away to the mainland (aka land of shops) so decided to wait so I could buy them in store to prevent against sizing issues etc. However when I did finally make it to les shops, I could only find size 6s (I'm a 7...just call me bigfoot). When I got back to my friend's house (that's where I was staying) I panicked and caved, asked to borrow her laptop and quickly ordered them online. Moments like this are when I realise I might be a teensy bit of an addict...

Anyway faux fur and leopard print? Yep, I'm all grown up now :)

Do do do do do do do do...dooo dooo, dooo dooo dooo....that's supposed to be the James Bond theme as this is post #007....I'm just too frikkin funny hey?! :s

So here it is, as promised, the edited highlights of my Christmas list!

1) Green 'Vincent' ASOS flatforms: anything jewelled toned is on my 'want list' this season, and I'm a huuuuge sucker for flatforms. These are just super cool

2) River Island black tube pants: RI's answer to disco pants, I needs to get me a pair of these and join the disco pant movement. I know you can get d-pant versions from pretty much anywhere at the mo but RI sizing has always agreed with my bootay

3) Missguided 'GEEK' tee: Saw these in Toppers, could not afford but thought 'hilair' nonetheless...cue finding similar tee on MissG and loving life

4) Boohoo berry skater skirt: Oh, what's that, another BERRY item I'm craving?! Are you surprised? Me neither. You can't go wrong with a trusty skater skirt. If you're not as much of a berry-fiend as me they have in in LOADS of colours

5) Boohoo tie-dye midi skirt: A bit grunge, a bit goth, very in. Can't wait to rock this with my new fave bowler hat and leather jacket

6) H&M skull studded sweater: I love a good sweater - throw in a sprinkling of skulls and it becomes soooo A/W 12 daaaahling

7) Forever 21 fur collarI must admit, I was a fur virgin up until this year, until a H&M white fur waistcoat popped my cherry, and now I love it! Fur=INSTAGLAM

8) Forever 21 heart print jumper: How cute is this? They also do it in mint and peach but I thought cream would be most versatile, as I may well just have to wear it all the time

Does anyone else feel like they belong at Hogwarts when wearing anything vaguely cape-like? #you'reawizardharry

More berry items...oh dear, and the addiction grows...how's everyone doing today? I've spent the day compiling my Christmas list, tongue hanging out, drooling over all the gorgeous winter clothes about at the mo. Maybe I'll share my list with you tomorrow. Anyway back to my winter clothes lust...I feel I've turned a studded, sequin littered, pleather corner this winter. I used to be one of those people who thought, 'hmmmm, I don't really like winter so why should I buy winter clothes? I'll just wear all my summer clothes with leggings and cardis'. Which, surprise surprise, ended with me a) looking like a wally and b) being very chilly. So this year I decided to embrace winter and give my wardrobe a much needed winter-clothes injection. I've stockpiled cosy knits and fluffy snoods and sparkly tops in golds and emerald greens and blacks, and expanded my already-slightly-ridiculous boots collection. And guess what...I hate winter a lot less now. Life is so much better when you have something nice to wear :)

As it's Friday I thought I'd jazz things up with something a bit more razzle-dazzle...

Collar necklace: Primark
Dress: H&M
Belt: Primark
Clutch: Primark
Boots: River Island

This is my first trial run for potential Christmas day outfits! The mighty Christmas day outfit is quite possibly my favourite outfit of the year. Where I live, everyone goes up to the local pub (by which I mean the only pub on the island) and has a festive bevvy together around midday. It's such a lovely tradition, there's a free glass of champers for everyone and you get to have a good old nosey about what pressies were given and received this year. It's also a fab excuse to get all dolled up, which doesn't happen often enough over here! Normally turning up at the pub in heels can get you a few funny looks, but on Christmas day (and a few other select occasions) it's totally acceptable, which equals a big thumbs up in my books. And although it's still November, I'm a HUGE Christmas fiend, so just try and stop me compiling potential Christmas outfits!

The rain is absolutely chucking it down outside, so I'm holed up in my bedroom, made a little nest out of my duvet with Come Dine With Me on in the background (that narrator...just LOL). Absolute blogger paradise

Collar necklace: Primark
Shirt: Republic
Hareem pants: Topshop
Boots: Republic

Please do your best to ignore the slight wonkiness of my collar necklace..I think it works better from a distance :p I don't buy an awful lot from republic but you can get some real gems in their sales. These boots were only £30 but they're real leather and really comfy, and perfect for injecting some toughness into an otherwise delicate or girly outfit.

I've now got a a dodgy version of 'Gangsters' Paradise' rattling around in my head after the 'bloggers' paradise' reference at the start of this post...

I've gotta be the last person to jump on the camo bandwagon right?! Oh well, at least I've taken the plunge even if a little late :p

Shirt: Primark
Vest: H&M
Skirt: Primark
Trainers: Primark

I am IN LOVE with these trainers. I've wanted a pair of Vans for ages but am in a major dilemma as to which colour...soooo for the time being I spotted these in the men's section of Primark! I enjoy a browse in the men's section now and then, under the pretense of looking for gifts for boyfriend, family members etc but in actuality searching out chunky knits that are just a tad slouchier and comfier than their female counterparts, or quirky accessories (who says bow ties are just for boys?!). Anyway I spotted these for only £8 - perfect to tide me over until that moment in the very distant future where I finally make a decision and buy the real deal.

Not only that but I could justify buying the cheapo version in  every colour available (black, red and navy) and they go with EVERYTHING! Job well done Primark. Job well done.

Feeling very berry today :) I'm completely berry obsessed this winter. Berry blouses, berry wedges, berry pleather...it's all taken up residence in my wardrobe.

Necklace: Primark
Blouse: Primark
Bracelets: Gift
Trousers: H&M
Wedges: H&M

H&M always do amazing trousers don't they? I love that every season they come up with 2 or 3 amazing prints and do different pieces in each. I always opt for the printed trousers because, I have to confess, my name is Sasha and I'm a jeans-hater. Yep, that's right, I'm not a fan of jeans at all. I'm constantly looking for alternative trouser solutions. Hareem pants, pyjama style trews, thick jodphur-style leggings, whatever's going! I reckon its something to do with the excess junk in my trunk, I can never seem to find nice-fitting jeans however hard I try. Instead I own a couple of Primarni pairs which I occasionally squeeze into when I'm feeling skinny, and apart from that alternative suggestions are welcome :)

First ever blog post...hellooooo out there!! Although it is unlikely anyone's reading at this point but still...good to show willing eh?! My name is Sasha and you might remember me from such blogs as Fash Pash and, errr, well that's about it. I confess, I was a bit of a rubbish blogger BUT I'm determined to mend my ways if you'll give me a second (or in most people's case, first) chance!

Hat: H&M
Dress: River Island
Belt: New Look
Boots: Topshop

Anyway I hope you like my first outfit. This dress is an absolute galaxy print feast, and not only that but it's midi length which is SO my favourite length this season. And I've purchased the mandatory blogger hat for this season and absolutely love it - once you get over the fear of being mistaken for Charlie Chaplin you find it makes all your outfits a million iotas cooler!

The boots were only £45 which I reckon is pretty reasonable for Topshop, I don't buy an awful lot from there because I am a bit of a bargain queen but after seeing these bad boys cheap lookalikes just would not do! I found a similar pair in Primarni (my home from home) but knew that every time I put them on I'd most likely slip off into a daydream about the Toppers ones...

Hope you enjoyed my first post, trying to curb my new-blog excitement until I post again tomorrow xx
